Link target ID case mismatch Error

This link is broken. The target anchor exists, but differs by case so works in some older browsers but not in modern browsers.

Help

Internet Explorer treated #Anchor and #anchor as the same anchor, but modern browsers follow the HTML specification and treat these as different.
